Policies

Lyrebird Enterprises Guarantee

Lyrebird Enterprises guarantee the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to return the goods for a replacement or refund, please contact us and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Payment Policy

GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 10% is inclusive in all our prices. All prices stated are in Australian dollars.

Prices of products and delivery charges displayed on this website are current at the time of viewing, but are subject to change at any time. If stock is unavailable, we will contact you within 1 to 2 business days of an order being placed to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Lyrebird Enterprises offer three payment methods – Direct bank transfer, PayPal and credit card. Direct bank transfers are fee free.

While we try to absorb credit card transactions fees as much as possible, we regret that some of this cost must be passed on to our customers. Credit cards surcharge fees are as below, but subject to change at any time:

  • PayPal – 2.7% Surcharge
  • Credit Card (Stripe) – 1.8% Surcharge

Returns and Refunds Policy

We’re committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet the following criteria:

  • Have the original invoice attached
  • All products must be returned in their original condition
  • Are not used, painted, installed, broken or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Are not custom made or specifically ordered

Please email us at sales@lyrebirdverandahart.com within the 30 day period if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems quickly. 

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. 

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your carrier. Lyrebird Enterprises will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Order Cancellation Requests

Please contact us as soon as possible with any order cancellation. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and quote your order number.
